The Many Benefits Of Massage Therapy

There are many benefits of massage therapy.  Getting a massage is for all types of people, of all walks of life.  From workers who are on a field to people who sit behind a desk, from active people to athletes.  Massage can release toxins from your body, slow down and relax your mind, regulate your digestive system, improve your circulation, relieve aches, pains and stress.  Not only does your mind and body rejuvenate from a massage, but your skin does too w/ the herbal lotions and oils that I use.  Your breathing also benefits by massage, as you breathe aromatherapy in deep.

I am going to first make a list of the many benefits of massage therapy.  My list will be elaborated upon, in future days.  I hope this initial list of benefits will encourage my readers to include massage therapy into your lifestyle, whether you take the time to get a massage, or in return give a massage to your friends and family.  Massage each other in a healing manner, w/ the intent to make each other feel better.  It can be professional, friendly and always fun when you share the art of massage therapy!

Please note, it is very important to drink a lot of water before and after a massage. Your body needs to release toxins and the water will enable your body to renew itself.

A massage causes the following effects:

1.  Improves Circulation
2.  Detoxifies Skin
3.  Energizes Brain
4.  Flushes Organs
5.  Regulates Functions of Digestive System
6.  Relieves Stress
7.  Filters Lymph & Toxins Between Muscles and Bones
8.  Relieves Aches and Pains
9.  Eliminates Waste from Urinary System
10. Cleans and Boosts Immune System
11. Releases Inflammatory System
12. Calms Nervous System
13. Comforts Your Needs For Physical Affection
14. Makes You Feel Better

I am so excited to share this information with my readers.  Thank you, each and
every one of you for reading.  I'm so thrilled to know that you, like me, are always
trying to improve your lifestyle w/ healthy choices.  Remember, you only have one
body, so please, take care of yourself!

Best regards always,
Jules
