Healing Your Skin With Natural Soaps

Your skin has 7 layers and is an organ. It is sensitive to harsh cleansers that contain chemicals. There is a natural solution to washing away bacteria. You can keep your hands, body, dishes, counters, tubs, basins, clothes, furniture, car sparkly clean by using natural soaps that contain plant and herb based ingredients. Almost every grocery and drug store carries natural products. It is fun taking the time to search for these special soaps in each section of the markets. They are derived by the earth's most natural essential cleansers, are cruelty-free, animal-friendly, essential oils and organic botanicals.

I switched over to these natural products years ago, for everything I keep clean. My skin has thanked me by appearing and feeling soft. My mood has changed for the better as I am more relaxed because I am using pure ingredients w/ no harmful cleansers. Just beautiful, fresh and revitalizing! I highly recommend you do the switch too. Your skin won't be disappointed and will thank you gratefully from the epidermis to the core of it's existence!

Sock Talk

"Let's talk about socks baby, Let's talk about you and me, Let's talk about all the good things, all the bad things, socks can be." Sound familiar? Those aren't just lyrics (w/ a twist) to the Salt N Pepa song. They're an important start to a much healthier existence. So, you're probably saying by now,
"Sock It To Me!" I will begin.

When you get home from a long day, you kick off your shoes and walk around the house for a few hours in dingy socks before you either take a shower or 'change your socks.' Hope you don't get in bed wearing those same socks that you've been wearing all day. Better to take them off and slip into a swift pair of slippers. Then, when you go to sleep, take them off so your feet can breathe all night, w/out any confinements.

Your feet are the barometer of your body. Your organs are affected by how you treat your feet. If you pamper them, they will be nice to you. You can rely on them to get you from point a to point b for a lifetime!

How about in the morning, you get out of the shower and put on a fresh clean of socks, right? But what about during the day, when your feet sweat the most. Are you still wearing the same socks that you had on since 6am? Hopefully not. I encourage you to pay attention to your feet. They want to be treated just as important as your legs, your torso, your arms and your head. They yearn to be kept clean, fluffy and cozy.

The minute your socks get wet, your health is already being affected if you continue to wear those saggy sacks. Why not bring a fresh pair of socks w/ you so you can change them on your mid-day break or the minute you get off work. Wear them to your spectacular dinner meeting or even wear them straight home. Your whole perspective will be bright and hopeful. Your tired phalanges will thank you too!!

Healthy socks promote better circulation and your overall performance will glow w/ a toe-tally clean new approach.

Massage Is An Art

Like sculpting, massage is an art. I feel totally free-spirited when I am creating this simple necessary form of art. Just like I take pleasure in giving massage, I enjoy receiving massage as well.

Touch is amazing for the body and the soul. Let's celebrate the origins of massage therapy! The history of massage therapy dates back to 3000 BCE (or earlier) in India, where it was considered a sacred system of natural healing. Used by Hindus in Ayurveda "life health" medicine, massage therapy was a practice passed down through generations to heal injuries, relieve pain and prevent & cure illness.

Outcall Massage Therapist Lady in Las Vegas, Summerlin or Henderson ~ I Use Pure Essential Oil

I use pure essential oil on your skin and muscles. Usually, the main ingredient is grape seed oil or coconut oil which is about 99.9%  of my mixture. The other .01% is a blend of different oils. Some of the essential oils that I combine are lemongrass, geranium, clove, eucalyptus and peppermint. The mint oils are great for breathing in the aromatherapy while relaxing during the massage. The oils are also excellent for skin detox and overall skin health.

I would love to apply them onto your body while you relax and unwind.

Please text or call me 702-443-4350 to schedule your massage session. I do outcall to your location in the areas of Las Vegas, Summerlin and Henderson, NV. I am an independent provider, qualified and nationally certified.

Getting A Massage Is Great and Getting Two or Three is Even Better!!!

From my experience as a Massage Therapist, I have noticed that when a client calls
me back w/in a day or a few days for a second massage, his muscles are still
relaxed (way more than when he initially called.) I can definitely notice a
difference in his overall well-being, such as his stress levels are down, he is more
relaxed and his attitude is calmer. When he calls for a third massage, when I arrive
and feel his body and muscles, he is even more @ total peace w/ himself and his
muscles and posture are noticeably different, flatter and softer. Calling for a
second or third massage is excellent because it sets-in the therapy, creating a flow
of even energy. It removes toxins and waste from the muscles, corrects sprains and
heals over-exertion! So, next time you are planning a massage, why not schedule
two or three to be sure that you recover from your initial exhaustion completely!

Thank you for reading. I came to realize that this is valuable information and time after time when somebody schedules more than one, I notice the remarkable difference. I appreciate one massage scheduled and if you are not staying in Las Vegas for enough time, please remember to schedule a massage as soon as you return back home or your next destination.

I recently did 5 massages in 5 days to a client who was diagnosed with a torn
rotator cuff. The doctor was recommending surgery but after the 5th day of
receiving my therapy, my client was much better and on her way to recovery
(without surgery.) She was grateful.

Best regards and good health to all!

How To Eat Healthy!

Have you ever wondered how to eat healthy? Here is a quick-guide to
healthier eating habits and knowing what to choose when it's time for
your meal. First, take the time to take a deep breath and relax.

Fresh juices (freshly squeezed, not from concentrate.) Fresh salads,
fresh fruit, fresh vegetables.

Choose fish, chicken or turkey over red meat. Red meat in moderation.
Everything in moderation. A good healthy balance is recommended.

Less bread. Light on pasta.

Healthy portions. Don't starve yourself but have more small meals
than large ones. Even if you have to eat a bunch of small meals
throughout your day!

Not too many desserts and sweets. Choose fresh fruit instead!
Less sugar.

When you're about to eat, first sit down and relax. Try to avoid doing
things when eating, like driving or work tasts. When you're done eating,
before you get up, wait @ least 10 minutes to give your body relaxing
time to digest.

Don't eat right before you go to bed, unless it's a small healthy snack
like yogurt w/ nuts or raisins in it. Wait @ least 30 minutes before you
lay down. This will prevent indigestion.

Hope you're enjoying the food and liquids that you put into your
precious body. If you crave alcohol beverages alot, please
know that alcoholic beverages contain a massive amount of sugar.
Instead, why don't you run to a freshly blended smoothie?
Make the choice to be healthy. It feels so good!

Have a healthy, fun, feel-good day! Bon Appetit!

Detox! For People That Would Like To Feel Better!

Would you like to feel better, overall? Perhaps your goal is even to lose some weight. Well, I have one important word for you. Detox!

To start the detox process, be sure you are drinking lots and lots of water
throughout your day. You could have it in the morning when you first wake up.
After your shower or bath, because you sweat in the hot water. With every meal.
And before you go to bed @ night.

Drink purified water, not from the sink, as the bacteria in the plumbing pipes
will make you sick. Make sure it's bottled w/ some source of purification or a
sink purifier will also be good to clean the water before you drink it. If you don't
have either, you could boil the water from the sink & then let it cool before
drinking it. The more water you drink, the more water you will crave and the
better you will feel! You will have more energy.

Ok, I have another word for you. Exercise! Put some kind of exercise into your day
so you can start to sweat out the toxins that your body has accumulated from
food, environment & alcohol/drug consumption. These contain chemicals that
store in your blood and it is important to clean your cells to revive them by
sweating. To get the maximum sweating process going, take a hot shower or
long bath after you exercise. A steam or dry sauna will work great and will
also clear your sinuses for clearer breathing. A jacuzzi would be ideal too to
help you sweat out the toxins.

Good luck w/ your new water regimen and I will see you @ the fountain!

Circulation Is Everything!

So many times, people think that sleeping all day in bed is the best way to heal from exhaustion. As much as staying in and relaxing is good for you every once in a while, it is also important though every day of your life to get up and take a walk to circulate your blood.

A good way to get your blood circulating is to take a hot shower or bath, then go for a stroll in your neighborhood, do a little cleaning, run a few errands or just simply do some stretches or yoga positions in the comfort of your living room floor.

Then you could get back in bed and perhaps elevate your legs above your head to
exchange the blood in your legs and groin. A great way to elevate your legs is while you're laying in the bathtub or laying in bed by putting them up on the wall. You could even use pillows on your bed and prop them up under your calves. 20 to 30 minutes is recommended.

Stay healthy, motivated and circulated!

Make Sure Your Shoes Are Healthy

You may be thinking "That sounds strange. Make sure my shoes are healthy?" Yes, I would like to let everybody know that it is very important for your body, back and posture, to wear shoes that have heels on the bottoms that are straight (like they were when you bought them.) Please check your shoes and make sure that the heels are not worn-out sideways.

What to do if the heels are worn-out sideways:
If you must insist on keeping those shoes (though my recommendation
is to buy new ones by the time the heels wear down) please take your shoes
to the shoe repairman. He will put a replacement heel on them.
Buying new shoes would be the best because the rest of your shoe sure feels
comfortable yes but the shoe has lost a lot of the support for your entire foot
and ankle.

The Many Benefits Of Massage Therapy

There are many benefits of massage therapy.  Getting a massage is for all types of people, of all walks of life.  From workers who are on a field to people who sit behind a desk, from active people to athletes.  Massage can release toxins from your body, slow down and relax your mind, regulate your digestive system, improve your circulation, relieve aches, pains and stress.  Not only does your mind and body rejuvenate from a massage, but your skin does too w/ the herbal lotions and oils that I use.  Your breathing also benefits by massage, as you breathe aromatherapy in deep.

I am going to first make a list of the many benefits of massage therapy.  My list will be elaborated upon, in future days.  I hope this initial list of benefits will encourage my readers to include massage therapy into your lifestyle, whether you take the time to get a massage, or in return give a massage to your friends and family.  Massage each other in a healing manner, w/ the intent to make each other feel better.  It can be professional, friendly and always fun when you share the art of massage therapy!

Please note, it is very important to drink a lot of water before and after a massage. Your body needs to release toxins and the water will enable your body to renew itself.

A massage causes the following effects:

1.  Improves Circulation
2.  Detoxifies Skin
3.  Energizes Brain
4.  Flushes Organs
5.  Regulates Functions of Digestive System
6.  Relieves Stress
7.  Filters Lymph & Toxins Between Muscles and Bones
8.  Relieves Aches and Pains
9.  Eliminates Waste from Urinary System
10. Cleans and Boosts Immune System
11. Releases Inflammatory System
12. Calms Nervous System
13. Comforts Your Needs For Physical Affection
14. Makes You Feel Better

I am so excited to share this information with my readers.  Thank you, each and
every one of you for reading.  I'm so thrilled to know that you, like me, are always
trying to improve your lifestyle w/ healthy choices.  Remember, you only have one
body, so please, take care of yourself!

Best regards always,
Jules

My Massage School Experiences

My massage school experiences were very memorable.  I remember initially when I
was studying @ Santa Monica Healing Arts College to be a Massage Technician.
The teachers were chiropractors.  I remember one man in particular.  He was very
thorough in explaining how and why the movements and strokes were done.
They also taught us the anatomy, the functions of the organs and also details
about how all of the systems work.  There was also a lot of study about nutrition.
These days of school really stick out in my mind often and I attribute my healthy
lifestyle to the things I've learned in that particular course alone.  The course was
fun, due to the fact that half the day you are giving massage and the other half
of the day, you are receiving.  I chose to go first on the final exam.  The exam
consisted of a written and a 3 hour massage.  I gave a massage to a fellow student
who then in return, massaged me for the last 3 hours of the day!  Very enjoyable.
He was much bigger than me and did incredible deep tissue.  I must say though,
I was exhausted by then and think I fell asleep.

My second year of courses was @ Encino Touch Therapy.  The courses that I
elected to study were Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Sports, Pregnancy, Hip Knee & Ankle, Therapeutic Stretching I  II  &  III and Advanced Swedish massage.

These schooling days are also memorable but in a more technical sort of way.  There wasn't much more talk about anatomy, but, instead, deep analyzations about different tempos, positions, reasons and a lot of explanations.  It was an amazing extension of my studies!

I am so happy to have learned a great skill.  I feel so confident when people
compliment my abilities.  I enjoy taking care of people, as I feel instantly gratified!

Thanks for reading!

Best regards to you always!

Vitamins Definitely Keep You Healthy!

It's important to take vitamins and to take them the right way, w/ lots of water and after eating. Vitamins definitely keep you healthy!

Take Calcium for your bones and you also have to take Magnesium and Vitamin D with it.  You can do an online search regarding this subject and read about the important reasons why you should not take Calcium by itself w/out Magnesium and Vitamin D. Calcium is important for your bones.

You can order vitamins @ any online vitamin store or buy them @ the market or store in your neighborhood. You can take vitamins in either pill, powder or liquid form.

Everyday vitamins are important to take, such as a multiple vitamin called Centrum A-Z, also take Vitamin C for your immunity, Vitamin A for your eyesight, skin, hair & mucous membranes, Vitamin E for your skin & heart, Vitamin B-Complex for your mood, mental clarity, energy, improved reaction time and all B Vitamins are very important for your nervous system, digestions, muscles & heart. Take vitamins to build and strengthen your immune system to fight off antibodies. A weak immune system cannot fight off air-born & other illnesses that you are around & exposed to on a daily basis.

Once in a while you should take an Antioxidant to cleanse your blood, kidneys and liver. Read about all of the different Antioxidants that are available. One of them is Green Tea. You can take it in a tea form or a pill.

You can take Echinecea, which is a natural antibiotic to fight off a cold. If the cold doesn't go away, you should consult a doctor. You can also take Acai berry to cleanse your stomache and it helps you to lose weight.

Also, if your job or activity causes you to sweat a lot, be sure to drink fluids that contain Electrolytes in them to replace what your body is using.

Beta-Carotene and Vitamin B-12 are important vitamins for women to take, as it helps them to be regular with their menstruation cycles.

It is important for men to take all of the vitamins mentioned above but men also need to take Zinc. It keeps the prostate healthy.

Herbs are also important. If you have an illness you could take herbs but you should consult a doctor first. Do an online search for herbal remedies specific for the illness or symptoms that you are having. For severe illnesses, you might want to look into a Rainforest Remedy but please take herbs only under doctor's approval. Always be sure to also do research on the proper way to take herbs.

Sometimes our bodily functions such as vision can be improved and there are herbs that are specific for curing different functions of the body. Lutigold & Bilberry are good for the eyes. Gingko Biloba is good for the memory.

Always do an online search by reading and doing research about the product (vitamin or herb) that you take or consume. Sometimes there are warning and side effects that you should be aware of. If you have an illness, always consult w/ a doctor of any product that you are consuming.

If you are a female, or know of one that is having excessive menstruation problems, Blue Cohosh is good to help stop heavy or excessive bleeding but you must read about all of the ways to take it and please if you take it while you are pregnant, you need to read about all of the preventions and side-effects before taking it, as you could cause other illnesses or abortion. Always read about herbs before taking them. Also Ginseng, read about it and the side-effects it has on women if taken too much.

I have more to write here but this is all I can think of off the top of my healthy head for now.  I will update it regularly. I hope this helps a lot of people be healthy and prosperous!

10 Ways To De-Stress If You Can't Afford A Massage

10 Ways To De-Stress If You Can't Afford A Massage

1. Take a hot bath.  Put a cup of bath salt (Epsom Salt is affordable and you could get it at any drug store.) Rub the soap bar all over your body.
The soap bar is not only intended to deodorize
your skin but also to massage your muscles with.

2. In the bath or on your bed or couch, laying on your back, put your feet up on the wall so your knees are slightly bent, for about 20 minutes.  The purpose of this is to elevate your legs higher than your heart.

3. While you are laying on your back, elevating your legs, put your arms up above your head, pointing @ the ceiling and do this for about 10 minutes.  The purpose of this is to elevate your arms higher than your heart.  Both of these legs and arms elevation techniques are great for improved circulation.

4. Take a slow brisk walk preferably outdoors but indoors could be good such as a mall.  Do this walk where there are less toxins such as vehicle fumes or cigarette smoke.

5. Drink a few glasses of water per day.  Take vitamins after a meal w/ one of the glasses of water.

6. Go for a swim or do some exercise.  Even stretching out on your living room floor can have major benefits for your circulation and heart.  It will prepare your muscles for the daily activities that you will encounter throughout the day.

7. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables.

8. Take 10 deep breaths, concentrating on inhaling for 5 seconds and exhaling for 5 seconds.  Be conscious of your posture during this exercise.  Sit up real tall while doing this so the air can penetrate your lungs.

9. Take up a new hobby or interest that you've been desiring to accomplish for a while but just haven't got to it.

10. And last, but not least, take a nap and shut off all of your phones/devices while you are napping.  Afterall, you need time for yourself, don't you?  You spend your day helping and serving people.  It's time for YOU.

Good luck, relax, breathe deep and tell yourself to calm down, that everything is going to be alright!

Although these foregoing 10 ways to de-stress are effective, the best way to de-stress, relax and unwind is to Get A Massage!
